To ensure that your order reaches you in good condition, in the shortest span of time, we ship through reputed courier agencies only.

What are your shipping charges?

Shipping charges vary at per the order value and mode of payment. You’ll be able to see the shipping charges when you checkout the cart.
Orders below Rs.400/- will be charged Rs. 50/- for delivery.

Do you deliver to my city?

We deliver to all metros and major cities across India. Please choose your pin-code in the drop-down list during check-out to confirm your city. If you can’t find your pin-code in the list, please contact us and we’ll let you know if delivery to your city is possible or not. Orders cannot be shipped to PO boxes.

How long does it take for an order to arrive?

Orders are dispatched within 48 hours of receipt. Most orders are delivered within 4 to 5 working days after dispatch. Delivery of all orders will be duly done to the address as mentioned by you at the time of placing the order. Due to COVID-19 pandemic the delivery might delay to 8-10 days. Orders Received on Sunday or during Holidays are dispatched on the next working day. During busy times, such as holiday periods, there can be processing and shipping delays.

What if I the product is received in damaged condition?

If you think you have received the product in a bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged before delivery, please refuse to accept the package and return it to the delivery person. Also, please call, or whatsapp our customer care at (+91)- 8385 099 099  or email us at [email protected] mentioning your Order ID. We will ensure that a replacement is sent to you at no additional cost.

What are the policies for re-delivery?

If a non-delivery or late delivery occurs due to wrong or incomplete name or address or recipient not available or any other related reason any extra cost spent by for re-delivery should be borne by the user.

What are the cancelation policies?

Unfortunately orders once placed cannot be cancelled. Saying that as Durmeric strives for customer happiness you can reach out to our support by mail explaining the need for cancellation and we will try to help you in the best possible way (usually takes 5 – 7 working days)
