Chicken Steak
Ingredients:
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon One Drop Wellness’ Thyme Nano Extract (adjust to taste)
Instructions:
- Preheat your grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.
- In a small bowl, combine the garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, dried thyme, salt, and pepper.
- Drizzle olive oil over the chicken breasts and rub it evenly to coat them.
- Sprinkle the spice mixture over both sides of the chicken breasts, pressing gently to adhere.

- Drizzle the thyme nano extract mixture over the cooked chicken breasts, allowing the flavors to infuse.

Pasta-la-Vista!
Ingredients:
- 8 ounces pasta (your choice, such as spaghetti, fettuccine, or penne)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup diced onion
- 1 cup sliced mushrooms
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 teaspoon One Drop Wellness’ Thyme Nano Extract (adjust to taste)
- Grated Parmesan cheese for serving
- Fresh thyme leaves for garnish (optional)
Instructions:
- Cook the pasta according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

Tea-Thyme!
Ingredients:
- 2 cups water
- 1/4 teaspoon One Drop Wellness’ Thyme Nano Extract (adjust to taste)
- Honey or your preferred sweetener (optional)
Instructions:
- In a small saucepan, bring the water to a boil.
- Once the water is boiling, remove the saucepan from the heat.
- Stir in the One Drop Wellness Thyme Nano Extract into the hot water. Start with 1/4 teaspoon and adjust the amount according to your taste preference.
- If desired, add honey or your preferred sweetener to enhance the flavour. Stir well until the sweetener is dissolved.
- Give the Thyme Tea a taste and adjust the Thyme Nano Extract or sweetener as desired.
- Allow the tea to cool for a few minutes before serving.
- Serve the Thyme Tea hot and savour its delightful flavour and potential health benefits.
